JUDO can be translated as “gentle way.” Judo assumes that there are two main phases of combat: the standing (tachi-waza) and the ground (ne-waza) phase. Each phase requires its own mostly separate techniques. Judo's balance between both the standing and ground phases of combat gives martial artists the ability to take down opponents who are standing up and then pin and submit them on the ground. This balanced theory of combat has made Judo a popular choice for many.

F.I.G.H.T teaches students to use Haganah-a unique combination of Israeli military tactics and Israeli and other martial arts-to defeat stronger, more skilled, and even armed opponents. Learn how to restrain, incapacitate or terminate your opponent fast with intuitive strategies and tactics. Haganah is a Hebrew word meaning "defense." The Haganah self-defense system is a complete Israeli Combative methodology based on both Israeli martial arts and Israeli military tactics used by Israeli Special Forces operatives in extremely hostile situations. The Haganah system (and its components) was born out of a need to enable a state (or person) at a disadvantage - such as size or degree of armament - to defeat an adversary with an advantage. |
